Agata Kostrubiec holds the position of a Human Resources Manager. She is responsible for defining and implementing the agency’s staff policy, analysing its recruitment needs, developing its employment plans and conducting recruitment processes. In addition she takes part in making employee training and development plans. She also provides assistance in solving individual problems and takes care of non-financial motivation of employees through organisation of events and integration meetings.

Agata has over 10 years of experience in HR, gained in such staff recruitment agencies as NAJ International and Talents Polska, where she held positions of Search Consultant and Senior Consultant. She also worked at such companies as Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Raisio and Master Foods. She graduated in sociology from Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in The use of psychological group workshop from Warsaw University.
