As a Chief Oparating Officer I believe that nothing is impossible for the man who doesn’t have to do it himself.

Małgorzata Zliczewska, Chief Operating Officer, is the head of the Project Management and Operations Office. She makes sure that FireFly Creation offer meets the Clients’ needs, she manages the agency workflow and monitors project management process. Thanks to her activities our projects are implemented more effectively and way faster than they used to.

Małgosia has many years of professional experience in project management. She started working at FireFly Creation as a Senior Project Manager. She has implemented Internet projects and managed Project Management team. She has worked on such brands as: AmRest, TP S.A. and GE Money Bank.

In her free time she sails and rides a horse along Wisła river.
